Bastnäsite-Ce Ce(CO3)F Plately hexagonal crystals Bastnäsite up to a few centimeter in orange yellow colour shine bright in dolomite inclusions. Sometimes lamellar adhesion with Synchisite.

Allanit Ce rare earth mineral

{CaCe}{Al2Fe2+}(Si2O7)(SiO4)O(OH) Allanit is linked to Epidote super group and can be find in Trimouns in his Ce-variation. Mixed-crystal series with Dissakisite-(Ce). Color is changing from green-brown to brown-reddish withe pleochroism effect. Sometime zonare growth layers like we know from bi-color tourmaline. Allanite is a brittle mineral so really nice specimen are rare.
